It’s been a long 2 weeks, but next week should be much better. My wife
went in for surgery the Monday after Thanksgiving, and expected to
stay in the hospital for 2 days, then go to a rehab facility. She
stayed in the hospital for 4 days due to some complications.
Then at rehab, she was doing very well with physical therapy, and we
expected her to be released today, but they want her to stay until
Monday for observation, since the incision point had to be redressed
and watched.
The hour or so round trip is starting to take wear and tear on me, but
all bad things must end.
In the meantime I replaced my old worn out Windows Vista computer with
a snappy Windows 10 one, and am just about done configuring things
now. I look forward to improved productivity now, once the rest of my
life stabilizes.
There’s always something, right?
