Good morning, and happy Lunar New Year’s Eve!
How have you spent your week?
Did you make progress towards your short term
and/or long term goals?
Have you continued to create new positive
habits or break bad ones, such as you might
have resolved to do at the beginning of the
year?
My goal was to do at least some exercise
every day this year, which so far I’ve been
able to do. At this rate, I’m looking forward
to seeing what I feel like at the end of
the year.
I’ve also been working on, and am almost
ready to launch, a major new course, which
should have been finished last year, but
I kept procrastinating, making excuses,
yada yada yada.
Finally I said enough! Just do it!
