Good morning.
I’m not going to complain about my week,
because what good would it do, and my motto
is “this too shall pass”, as it did, so…
I can sense it. Summer is fading away.
We’ve gone through an extended heat wave, but
last night storms came through and reduced the
temperatures around 20-25 degrees or more.
This morning it’s cool, and very pleasant.
Bunches of ads everywhere about back to school
sales.
Labor Day next weekend.
NFL football begins in a couple weeks, for
those like me that care.
Shorter days, longer nights (funny how that
happens and we always end up with 24 hours,
though, right?).
Yep, summer is fading away.
In the grand scheme of things, that just means
that this planet is making its inevitable orbit
around the sun, like it always does.
And the more things change, the more they
remain the same.
Like continuing to produce good content remains
a great way to increase your income, even though
it takes a while to accumulate to noticeable
levels.
Like trying new strategies, and often failing,
remains a great way to eventually come up with
something that totally changes your life.
Like being nice to people and helping those on
the ladder of success on the rungs below you
remains a great way to make friends who will
someday help you often more than you helped them.
What do you think? I’d love to see your thoughts

Like Barb Ling who posts every day, no matter
how she might feel on a given day, and on most
days gives away tips to create a successful
cheatsheet on the topic of the day, a skill
that she’s famous for, and has made a lot of
money with, as you could also, if you’re
just willing to read her posts.
What would happen if YOU got into the habit of
posting every day in the forum for others to
read and appreciate?
Or on your blog?
Or on YouTube or Medium or even Facebook (serious
posts I mean that help people, not just sharing
memes or funny cat videos)?
