Good morning. This is our first update for
December. How are you today?
I see that WordPress 5.0 is now officially
available. It has been much anticipated, but
I think more in dread than anything else.
Most who are advising are saying to wait, and
to back up your blogs just in case something
goes wrong, or more likely that themes and/or
plugins you use will crash and burn.
So I would advise to set up a test blog,
port everything over to it, install the new
version and make sure it works on the test
installation.
Blog by blog, and that can be very mind
numbing and time consuming. At some point
you might be confident that all will go well.
