Happy First Friday in November.
The latest update on my wife’s journey to a
fully functional new knee is that her next
and hopefully final surgery has been scheduled.
That’s the good news… the bad news is that
the surgery will be December 21st, making it very
unlikely that she’ll be home for Christmas.
But it has to be done, so there it is…
The year has just rushed by, it seems. I can’t say
that it’s been the best ever, but it’s been memorable.
How about you? What have you done that you’ll
remember 5 years from now? Or more importantly,
what have you done that others will remember
5 years from now, even 5 weeks from now?
In that regard…

Give it your best shot. I remember many years ago,
I think back even before Earn1KaDay days, so more
than 10 years ago, I was challenged to submit a
2500 word mini report for inclusion in a group
project. There were only three of us, and I don’t
remember if the compilation was ever sold or not,
but I worked for most of a day, churned out 2500
or more words, and still to this day I get emails
from people who run across my report and love it.

I ended up using that report in many ways, including
as a lead magnet (I probably should think about freshening
it up and doing something more again), but what it did
do over the years was inspire a bunch of people, and
that’s always a good thing.
See what you can do, maybe we can end up doing a
joint project with the best of the best submissions,
if we get enough submissions… or you could use the
feedback from the group and expand on your 2500
word report and market it yourself.
So give it your best shot.
