It’s a rainy day in northern New Jersey, which is a good
day to be working indoors at the computer. It’s what I
do best, and maybe what you do best also.
I can’t even imagine doing anything else any more.
When I was a software consultant, I used to have to
commute to clients, driving in the rain or snow all
too often. Or if I was commuting to New York, I’d
have to do a lot of walking between either the
train station or the parking garage and where I
was for the day. Not fun.
And when I owned the retail store, bad weather was
the worst. Customers wouldn’t come out in it, and
we had to be there just in case, and normally stared
out the window wishing we were somewhere else.
So I am very thankful about what I do for a living
now, and how I do it, and above all I appreciate
you for being a reason for me to do this.
