[Earn1KaDay] Welcome, updates, reminders…

I want to welcome several dozen new members to my weekly email update.
Thanks for joining, and for the old-timers, thanks for continuing to
read these. This has been a tradition for the lifetime of Earn1KaDay
and I’ve been told that it helps people, so I continue to do it.

OK, so for the new members, make sure you’ve done what my email series
has been telling you to do, which is to go through the Essentials
section, sign up for the extra sites you’re entitled to, etc., and
then post your introduction in the Introduce Yourself section. A few
new members have, but not nearly all.

Veteran members, it’s a good time to remind you to do the same, and
to go to the intros and welcome the new members that are posting.

After all, you never know what valuable connections you can make
here, and that’s a place to start.

Also, as I’ve mentioned several times, access to 6 in 6 Coaching
is no longer available if you joined Earn1KaDay after November 30th.
If you joined before December 1st, I can still get you in, but that
ability will close after this week. Since I removed the last signup
link that I was able to find in the forum yesterday, you’ll need to
contact me by PM or email if you haven’t signed up yet. Again, if
you joined after November 30th, I’m sorry, my license to give you
free access expired on that day, and I made it a point of pointing
that out on the sales page.

If you did get in, you stay in as long as you remain a member in
good standing of Earn1KaDay, and of course everyone still gets access
to the Becker’s Notes of all the sessions. It’s linked from the 6 in 6
section of the forum, the full book of notes is now over 700 pages,
and growing with every session. It’s a book truly worth reading.

Also, I really, really, really (really!) highly recommend posting
a personal Breakthrough Challenge in that section of the forum:
/notloggedin.php

You can visit there and see what others have done, and this advice
is meant for all, not just new members. Especially at this time of the
year when it’s the typical time to set goals for 2016, this could be
a perfect way to get off on the right foot.

OK, that’s that. This week was challenging. Unfortunately I didn’t
get a lot done because I had promised my son that I’d see Creed with
him. We’ve both been big Rocky fans since before he was born, and
so we went on Tuesday morning. Great movie. But in the middle I
started to experience the problems that put me in the hospital back
in 2010 and eventually prostate surgery.

By the time the movie had ended and I was back home, it was painfully
necessary to visit the E.R., and yep, life got in the way of my plans
this week. Exhaustion set in on Wednesday and Thursday, but I’m back,
and hopefully after next week’s doctor appointment, all will be well.

Maybe life has a way of telling you to slow down… you think? But
things could be a lot worse.

So my priority this week has been almost solely on making sure that
the normal weekly tending of the E1K forum was accomplished, and I
don’t think I missed anything. I think I got all the new members
manually enrolled into 6 in 6 Coaching, and I hope everyone has their
logins for not only their membership but ours, so send me an email if
you need anything.

Other than that, let’s check out what’s happened on this slow news
week after Thanksgiving.

That’s just a short review of some of the highlights, there is much more
going on all the time at the forum. Don’t be a stranger there, that’s
where the primary value of your membership is, after all. We’re not there
to chat so much (though there is a lounge there if you want to unwind),
we’re there to learn from each other, and share with each other, and as
you can see from the above sample threads, there’s a lot of that happening.
