For those in the U.S., or anywhere else where the holiday is
celebrated, I wish you a very happy Memorial Day. I don’t have any
relatives who died in combat, but I did have a stepson who died in
a freak accident when he was in the Navy. Those military funerals
are really tough to sit through, and if you are a veteran or know
one, my appreciation goes out to you and/or them.
I did spend 3 years in the Army, they had to take me dragging and
screaming through the draft in the Vietnam era, but things worked
out, and it was a learning experience.
Now it seems that Memorial Day isn’t so much for remembering
veterans as it is to have sales at the malls and car dealerships,
and to be the unofficial kickoff weekend for the summer season.
However you partake of the holiday, have a safe one.

The launch of The Amazing Amazon Genie: FBA ended today, and it
consumed my attention all week. It was a great experience, but not
without stress. For those that supported the launch, thank you very

I’m taking time at the shore this weekend to recharge and decide
