Shortly after sending this, I’ll be going away for the weekend to
the shore. My wife has a convention to attend down there, so I’ll
have a fair amount of alone time to refresh, recharge, re-energize,
and reflect.
I have some things that have been bothering me about assorted
things, and I’m sure a solution is not far away, so maybe this will
be a breakthrough weekend. Wish me luck.
One thing I do want to do is create a 10×10 matrix or bigger or
multiple, in the way that Sean Mize has always recommended. If
nothing else, it will put into focus some of my areas of knowledge,
and I can start doing what was suggested recently by a very wise
person, specifically…
… decide what the plan is for all the books that I’ve been releasing.
How do they tie together? At this point, they don’t. I do want to
continue to release more books, but maybe less randomly than in the
past.
I also want to release the final 5 Bucks a Day book in the trilogy
(“Beyond 5 Bucks a Day”), and it’s been half-written for a year
now. Unfortunately, I’m going against my own best advice about
“good enough is good enough” because I want this one, perhaps the
last one, to be better than good enough.
So yeah, this might be a weekend where I can make a huge
breakthrough… or not. Wish me luck.
Oh, and happy holidays, if you celebrate the fun ones… Sunday is
Star Wars Day – “May the Forth…” and Monday is Cinco de Mayo.
