What a frustrating day. Normally I prepare most of the Friday email
on Thursday, and just update it on Friday morning before sending.
But since I wanted to spend an extra day at the condo this weekend,
and was driving down Thursday, I decided to wait until Friday
morning and do the whole thing.
So Friday came, and the server was down. Did you notice? Then up,
then down, up, down.
It turned out that Hostgator was having network connectivity issues
in its Provo, Utah datacenter, and evidently our server is there.
Plenty of other ones also, the web is alive with people flaming
Hostgator.
So finally it came back up long enough for me to dash off this
email, I apologize for it being late.
