Here’s what I recommend that you do when you purchase…
Pick one or two to listen to first. A brief description of the

Listen to those once, take notes, then decide if you can implement

Watching a video presentation from beginning to end, followed by
(later) reading the notes or a transcription, will deliver superior
results to reading alone or watching alone or listening alone.
By reading, you’ll be tempted to skim, and you’ll miss many of the
