Rainy days and Mondays… wasn’t that an old song? I don’t mind
those so much as I do rainy days and Fridays, which today is. Oh
well.
My granddaughter and her parents will be visiting our condo for the
first time ever, it’s been just short of a year since we bought it,
and yes, it’s been frustrating that they seemed to always have an
excuse to not come down. I hope tomorrow is better weather so that I
can take a walk on the boardwalk with my granddaughter (19 months
old in 2 days)… so excited at the prospect!
Another busy week, the latest hangout was awesome (link below),
because we got to chat with 2 more members that I’ve never
connected with before other than in the forum and other text based
spots. Eventually it would be nice to get everyone to do a hangout
of some type where they get on and show off their faces and voices.
Now, I know that isn’t possible, especially since the forum’s
growing so rapidly, but I’d love to set that challenge to everyone,
to get on a hangout that’s going to be visible to the public and
get out of your comfort zone.
You know that you can use Google Hangouts as a replacement for
Camtasia, right? So if you’ve stayed away from video because of
cost, there’s one excuse out the books. You do sort of need a
webcam, but not really if you’re going to do a screen share.
And wow, the Facebook group keeps growing not only in numbers but
