I’ve been feeling fantastic this week. Sunday at noon I began a 72
hour juice fast, I just wanted to see how my body would react to it.
I’ve heard good things about cleansing, and wanted to see if it
would happen.
I also expected an energy boost, and some weight loss.
All of that happened, but the weight is mostly back, I think my
body is holding water now because of the shock of going without
solid food for 3 days.
The main goal though was to see if I’d get more energy, and OMG,
yes! I don’t know if it’s coincidental to the fact that I’ve had
some exciting things going on this week, or if the exciting things
going on are because of the increased energy and desire to make
things happen, but definitely things are awesome on all fronts.
The last night before the fast ended, I don’t think I slept at all,
just tossing and turning, and didn’t feel it the next day, but
still, now that I’m back into my normal diet routine, I still feel
fabulous.
I’m not suggesting anyone do this, because you probably might want
to seek a physician’s advice, but I’m glad I did. If I do it again,
I’ll know more what to expect. I did have some cravings but
resisted.
Anyway, today’s a beautiful day here, and let’s see what’s
happening in the forum.
