Every year, when the calendar turns to February, I groan and say
how much I hate this month.
I was thinking yesterday… why?
February has holidays (Valentines Day and Presidents Day in the
U.S.), it has a fun Groundhog Day. It has the Super Bowl for those
interested in American football.
And it marks the start of spring training for major league baseball.
And though the weather is seldom all that spectacular, it’s a short
month and when it’s over, spring is right around the corner.
It’s also early in the year, so if you’re just a little behind in
meeting your goals for the year, there’s still plenty of time to
catch up.
Suddenly I’m starting to appreciate February, how about you?

3 weeks ago today I did the first Five Buck Friday in quite a
while, and it did very well, well enough to encourage me to do them
more often (but not weekly like I used to).
