This week finally saw the end to the major work on the seminar
book, and it’s now in the hands of a lot of IM’ers. The more, the
better, I would say, it’s a great memoir of the 2 days we had in
Las Vegas in August.
I hope you’ve started going through it, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it.
I’d like to say a few things about the book. First of all, it was
the genius idea of Shawn Hanson that made it possible. Add to that
the support of all of the speakers, most of the attendees, and their
willingness to open up and share sometimes very personal thoughts.
On top of that, Shawn’s been working on this for over 2 months to
get it finished, when originally she thought it would be a week or
two to complete. Actually, she’s still working on the physical
version, which should be ready soon.
If it would have been me doing it, it wouldn’t have been done, or
if it would have been, it wouldn’t have been near as awesome as it’s
turned out to be.
So to Shawn and to everyone that’s inside the book, I owe you my
undying gratitude. Thank you.
Now that the book’s done, I have to start working on my list of
projects that has grown too long. Hopefully this monster storm
that’s bearing down on the entire east coast of the U.S. won’t
knock power out.
