What an up and down week…
It started out (on Tuesday) with a call from my doctor’s nurse
saying the biopsy results came back benign, and I have a clean bill
of health. I surprised myself with the emotional response that I
felt, I guess I was holding my fears inside up to that point.
And then there were a couple days of not so stellar relationship
issues.
Next week my wife and I are going to go to Atlantic City to
revisit the condo we looked at before, and maybe make an offer, so
yesterday I talked to my bank manager to see what financing options
I would have, and I couldn’t believe (neither could she) the rate
they can give me for the condo mortgage (3.25% fixed rate on a
15-year mortgage, amazing!).
It looks like somebody wants me to live my dream, and who am I to
argue? 
But then, looking at going back into debt is a little worrisome.
So again, it’s been an emotional up and down week. I hope yours
has been spectacular and all ups.

Just a note in passing…
This was a fairly typical week in picking up new products for the
download area, with 4 products being added. I normally add between
3 and 6, you can visit the email archives on the blog to check out
the history.
3 of this week’s products were requests from members, which all are
encouraged to do (either by posting in the WSO Review section or
the Product Review section to gauge interest).
Based on initial WSO pricing, Eric’s product was $97, the
Infographics one was $7 (dime sale, higher now), and the
Presentations one was $27.
So members that wanted all three products saved $131 assuming they
looked inside Earn1KaDay before buying, and didn’t care about
reselling the products.
