Hey, how’s everything going? Last week at this time I was gearing
up for the impending hurricane and making plans for power loss,
flooding, etc.
Irene came and went, I had flooding, I had power loss (2 days) but
overall I consider myself lucky. I still have a phone line out but
it’s only my fax line so not a big deal.
And I have to make a big grocery list to replace everything in the
refrigerator/freezer that we had to throw out, but again not a big
deal, considering the thousands of others that lost virtually
everything due to flooding in New Jersey, as well as other states
that were affected by this huge storm.
Life goes on, in the limited time we have, and challenges are a
part of it. I hope you and your loved ones were either in an
unaffected area, or were at least as fortunate as I was.
So what am I gearing up for this week? Well, in a little over a
week, I have a milestone birthday that when I was young I couldn’t
conceive of ever reaching. Looks like I’ll make it. 
And… my big secret project is getting closer to fruition every
day. Probably within a couple weeks, I’ll be able to share it with
you.

Notable news:
Rachel and I had a niche site building competition, and she won
phase 1. We’re both winners though, and I was happy to pay up.

I sent out an email about Connie Green’s book, she was hoping to
consolidate sales into one big day to reach #1 best seller on

Rachel and I also both contributed a full chapter to an upcoming
major book, along with 10 other top IM’ers, that should be coming
