This has been a phenomenal week, one of the best ever!
It started on Sunday with Rachel’s wedding, an absolutely beautiful
event. Rachel was stunningly gorgeous, of course. It was a small
wedding, and was just perfect. I hope when she gets back she posts
some pictures, I should have taken my camera with me, but forgot
not only that but the sunscreen (an outdoor wedding). Ouch.
Sunday morning, just before I went into New York for the wedding, I
came up with an idea that I’m totally excited about. A new product
that will be combining 3 ideas, one of them that I’ve been talking
about for well over a year, and combining them together.
I told Rachel on Sunday to stay away a little longer on her
honeymoon because I want it to be a surprise and be almost finished
when she returns. She goes nuts when I try to keep something a
secret from her. 
So far, so good, I worked on it Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but
nothing Thursday, too many other things going on. Hopefully I can wrap
up phase one over the weekend, and move on to the 2nd part, which
might not take all that long to finish, if I have focus time and
don’t run into tech issues.
The weather here has been torrid hot, record high of 99 on
Wednesday with high humidity, and probably Thursday as well. We’re
having central air conditioning put into our house this week, after
32 years. Hot weather makes my wife cranky so hopefully this will
help.
As luck would have it, the a/c wasn’t running during the hot
days, and today it’s much cooler, tomorrow cooler still. I’m
trusting that we’ll need to turn it on eventually.
Anyway, let’s get some work done…
