Rachel’s away at a retreat this week, so I’m all alone with nobody
to bounce ideas off of, which is a bad thing and a good thing.
Good because I can make decisions about spending our money all by
myself, bad because if I make the wrong ones, man am I in trouble
when she gets back! 
I’m not worried though, she hardly ever argues with me spending our
money, but wow, I spent a bunch this week. You’ll be seeing the
benefits of that soon enough, don’t worry.
In fact, it’s almost at the point where I think we’re going to
discuss raising the price of membership here. Obviously everyone
currently a member will be grandfathered and grandmothered in at
your current rate, so you don’t have to worry unless you want to
take a voluntary sabbatical.

In the “this probably isn’t for everybody” department…
I hesitated to launch PDF Popup Pro because of some negative
expectations when I talked about it last month. I took all those
comments into consideration. talked to Rachel about it, and we
decided that the software really can be effective if used in the
right way.
Used in the wrong way it can be annoying, agreed.
But in the right way, I think it can be deadly effective in doing
what it’s supposed to do (increase signups or sales).
So that’s our product this weekend. I don’t have a license to add
it to a membership site, but Earn1KaDay members and affiliates can
get it at a cheaper than normal price:

I know that I’m going to test this out. To me, testing something
that might or might not work makes more sense than being all
negative and assuming that something isn’t any good because I
personally don’t like it.
Like I don’t like video sales letters, but those who have tested
them say they improve conversions.
So don’t you think it’s worth $15 to test something that might
work, and maybe make 10% more sales, or 100% more, or 200% more,
rather than assume it won’t do any good?
Makes sense to me.
I do personally like the theory behind PDF Popup Pro, though. Each
to their own. If you can use it, and it works out as well as I
think it will, please let me know or leave us a testimonial.
