Finally, it’s March. Spring is in the air. There were photos in the
paper yesterday of bears crossing one of the highways, a mother and
two cubs, just out of hibernation and looking for food.
Now mind you, this is a very densely populated area, and people
freak out when they see bears in their neighborhood and going
through their garbage, so it makes the news.
Just another sign that winter’s almost over if the bears are awake,
but not quite over enough that the flowers are blooming yet. I can
hardly wait.

Notable news:
Last week I mentioned that we were making final plans for the
seminar, and would be announcing it by now.
Well, we did, and I sent out an email last weekend sometime about
it. Early ticket sales have been strong.
I said that the early bird pricing would be for last weekend only,
but since the sales page isn’t ready to launch to the public yet,
I’m leaving the price intact, subject to change at any moment, once
we do finalize the page.

What I’m really getting excited about will be the first day
(Friday) of the 3-day seminar. Friday will be a “whatever” day,
theoretically a group mastermind with most of the speakers, and
most of the attendees, asking and answering any and all questions.
But it could turn into something completely different, depending on
everyone’s mood. We could have breakout sessions with groups of
people talking about different topics with speakers that are
experts in those topics.
Rachel said she could do a few copy critiques if that was asked
for. There could be hot seats for people with specific business
problems or questions.
All sorts of possibilities, and by the end of the day, I expect
that some lives will have been changed, even before the regular
sessions start.
Like I say, I’m excited about it, and can hardly wait.
We do have limited seats and only about 45 remain right now, but if
we get a lot of signups early there’s a chance that I can switch to
a bigger room if I give the hotel enough notice.
So if you can reserve your seat early, that would help me make that

I’d hate to sell out at the last minute and not be able to
accommodate more people, since more people would mean more
networking opportunities for us all, and a lot more fun.
