Hey, what’s up? I’m sorry this email is a little late today, I had
some last minute things come up that I wanted to tell you about,
and I didn’t want to make mistakes by rushing.
Thank goodness it’s Friday (TGIF!!!). This has been an extremely
long week, what with the weather that knocked out our power for
almost 3 days in near freezing temperatures, no Internet access all
weekend and an extra day without access from home.
I did get a few things done though, maybe not as much as I would
have liked, but it wasn’t a complete loss.

Seminar reminder:
As I mention below, the agenda has been improved even more than it
already was, with the addition of James Jones to the roster (95%
certain, I just have to juggle the agenda timing a bit).
Also, today’s the last day to pay with the 3-pay option, so if that
helps your budget, reserve your seat(s) today.
I hope interest picks up, because there were a whole lot more
people that said they were definitely coming, or probably coming,
or possibly coming, when I did the survey.
Not to be pushy or anything, but it looks like I’m going to have to
resort to relying on JV partners to fill up the room, and I do have
some with pretty big lists ready to do that.
I was originally hoping that it would be mostly members of the site
attending, and we could all get to know each other better in
sessions, at breaks, lunches, dinners, at the bar or in the hallway.
The room is fairly small, actually, so it won’t be difficult to
fill it up, I hope those who really want to go don’t procrastinate
too long and get shut out.
If budgeting your money is a problem, just log into the forum, send
me a $50 beer payment (non refundable) to hold your spot, and then
sometime within the next 45 days send me another payment of $350 to
confirm your seat. That’s only a $3 surcharge for the 2-pay, far
less than other payment plans ask.

Last minute update:
My biggest wish was to get James Schramko to speak at the seminar.
Unfortunately that won’t be feasible because of schedule conflicts,
he keeps busy filling rooms with hundreds of students at several
thousand dollars each for a weekend.
But… well, maybe there’s a “next best thing”, as a bonus for
seminar attendees.
Final arrangements haven’t been made yet, that’s one of the things
I’ve been working on this morning, so I can’t tell you yet, in this

I mentioned this last week, I think it was. There is now an online
version of Action Enforcer. If you didn’t read that announcement,

But that’s not what I want to mention today. I want to give you,
and the other Action Enforcer owners, first crack at what I think
is a very exciting opportunity, and that’s private label rights to
the Action Enforcer Online page.
You’ll be able to brand yourself on a page similar to my online
page, put in your affiliate links, banners, logos, AdSense or other
ad blocks, capture optins, do anything you want.
You can even give away access if you like, add it to a membership
site and password protect it as a benefit to your members. You can
sell access to your page if you like, or use it as a bonus.
The possibilities are virtually endless. You will not, repeat,
will not be able to resell the private label rights, and you will
not have resell rights or private label rights to the desktop
version, but you can encourage your online users to upgrade to the
desktop version, and use your affiliate link, of course.
I’ve priced the first licenses ridiculously low, I think affordable
to everyone here, and the price will climb slowly as more sales are
made (I have to do it manually, so it might not be exactly timed,
but around every 20 sales there will be a price increase).
I will only sell 100 licenses as a maximum at this pre-launch pricing,
then my plans are to either take it off the market, or sell at a
much higher price to the public.
This will not be offered in unlimited numbers, so with over a
billion people with computers, virtually all of whom would like to
manage their time better, there’s enough of a market for everyone,
even if all 100 licenses sell today and I drip out a few at higher
prices in the future.

Remember, the private label rights are for the web page only that
displays Action Enforcer. The actual interface is hard coded
within a Flash program, and even I don’t have the ability to change
that.
Considering that, the installation of Action Enforcer Online on
your own server/domain(s) is very simple and takes virtually no
time at all.
You can, of course, use this in any niche you like, time management
is important everywhere. You could even allow your employer to
allow their employees to access this, don’t you think that might
make you even more of a “star” than you already are in your company?
Think outside the box, but think fast, this isn’t going to be on
the market long, and not at this price for sure.

Remember, I’ve always taught that it’s a numbers game, and you’ll
fail often, but failure is your friend. The worst thing you can
possibly do is create one article, or one blog, or one site, or one
product, in one niche, and then sit back and wait for the
cyberspace Gods to pat you on the back and reward you for a job
well done.
It doesn’t work that way. More projects will fail than will
succeed. Again it’s a numbers game. Build one piece of virtual real
estate and while you’re waiting for that to work, you should be
building 2 more.
Then when you’ve got 8 or 10 or a dozen sites up there, then’s a
good time to see what worked and what didn’t. They all won’t work,
but the good news that once you have enough, they all won’t have
failed either.

I had an email discussion with Willie Crawford this week, he was as
unimpressed as I was in the beginning, until he looked closer at it
and talked to some insiders, now he’s planning to load up to 300
products on there in the near future.
I don’t have quite that many, but I hope to have at least 50 to 100
there soon enough.
This could become an affiliate’s paradise especially considering
it’s much less likely to have your affiliate link hijacked, but for
me, I’m impressed with the results I’ve had as a product owner.
High visibility and flexibility, among other benefits.
It’s also an excellent way to sell those PLR or resell rights
products you have, if you’re quick and the first to list them. You
have hundreds of candidates available in our download area.
