Hopefully this will be the last time I have to whine about the
weather this winter. As I write this, the snow’s been falling for
28 hours straight, and it’s expected to continue for another 18 to
24 hours. This is no fun at all.
And to think that in less than 3 short months, I’ll be in beautiful
Las Vegas, with temperatures probably around 100 degrees. More
about that later.

Update time…
Last summer I suggested that it might be valuable to have articles
written for Earn1KaDay members that could be used to set up niche
sites for offline businesses in your local area.
It’s been several months now, there were a few roadblocks, but the
first batch of articles have been written and uploaded. There are
around 40 articles in 3 niches.
Where we go from here depends on response. I need to know, are
these articles useful as written? Is there something that can be
improved on, that can be communicated to a writer that’s instructed
to write generic articles? How many people will use these articles?
Once those questions are answered, I’ll either get more written, or
decide that it’s not worth the effort, so please post your thoughts
in the thread that has the first batch:

The 2009 EarniKaDay seminar was in January, in Orlando. Honestly,
it was a lot of work, and I didn’t know if I wanted to go through
that again, so I quietly let planning of the 2010 event slide.
Then Tim Castleman came along and tried to get support to do it
again. I told him if there was enough demand, I’d do it, because I
was sure I could get a good agenda together.
Long story short, there will be a 2010 Earn1KaDay seminar. It will
be in Las Vegas, Nevada, May 21 – 23, 2010, at the Tuscany Suites &
Casino.

I think the quality of presentations will be incredible, hopefully
topping last years (not that last year wasn’t incredible, and no
knock on any speaker at all), but considering this might be the
last time we do this, I want to do everything I can to make it a
turning point in your IM career.
Information, networking, fun, all at a reasonable cost.
Speaking of cost, I don’t have a sales page ready yet, I’ll work on
that, but I mentioned a while ago that the price would be $397.
That hasn’t changed. Sleeping rooms at the hotel are $29 per night
for Thursday and Sunday, $75 per night for Friday and Saturday,
well below the cost in Orlando. I haven’t checked airfares, but
flights to Las Vegas should be cheap.
So, hopefully cost won’t be something that keeps you away. There
are several members that have marked themselves as definites to
attend from around the world, including Leanne King who’ll be
speaking. This opportunity to meet and network with people like
Jason Fladlien, the Rhodes Brothers, Tim, Michael, StevenR, Leanne,
Leanne, Kevin Rockwell, and more, might be something that doesn’t
happen again.
