12 more videos were added to this page, bringing it to a total of
132 quick, super quick in fact, videos. Unfortunately that appears
to be the end of them, it looks like the people producing these
have burned out or tired of the concept, as they haven’t even
posted the ones that were supposed to be there for May, and the
latest 12 were done by someone else. So I cancelled my membership
in Adeel and Bobby’s site, at least for now.
Still 132 videos is a pretty good list, the last 12 are actually
pretty decent, it’s a complete course in getting traffic in many
different ways.

I’ve been thinking quite a lot lately, maybe the thought of a
breakation coming up has invigorated me some. As well, the series
of webinars that I’ve done with Jason and Robert, especially the
webinar one, and the one that starts on Monday about PLR, has
opened my mind up a bit.
Plus the forum hasn’t been super busy the last couple weeks, so
I’ve had more time to focus on the few discussions there, and do
some soul searching on my own offline. Here’s what I’m thinking
right now.
I always say, “you ain’t seen nothing yet”, and I always mean that.
Last week I floated an idea about the “rent a site” concept where
someone (you for instance) would approach local offline businesses,
and instead of asking them to spend $2000 or more for you to build
them a site, ask them for $150 or so for that site. The difference
being it would be a rental instead of a purchase, and the $150
would be the monthly rate. Then they could try before they buy.
And $150 a month is, coincidentally, 5 bucks a day. 
So finding
one client for a site would be your weekly project. And lather,
rinse, repeat week after week. Not to say you couldn’t find more
than one a week. It just seems less daunting to get one a week.
Maybe not easy, but certainly well within the realm of doability,
don’t you think.
In fact, a lot of people would get discouraged if you worked all
week and only made one sale for $150 a month. Those who follow the
5 bucks a day strategy, though, could get absolutely ecstatic about
that happening, I know I would. The $150 sale is actually $1800 a
year. Do it every week for a year, and you’re darn near a 6 figure
income, because very seldom will you lose a client once they have
their site in the search engines, and get an email list built up,
especially if you do things like get them some business cards
printed up with their website name on them. Once those are in
circulation, how could they cancel, knowing that you would transfer
“their site” to someone else, and “their business cards” would be
directing former customers to their competition.
Enough rambling. My first idea is to help members provide this
service. I asked in the original thread, which was here:

I floated the idea of making article packs available to members,
either no cost or very low cost, such as 8 to 12 articles about
long tail keywords in a niche, that you could modify slightly, post
to your site or blog, get ranked in the search engines, and take
the generic site for something like BestOrlandoFlorist.com or
TopPeoriaChiropractor.com or RecommendedBergenfieldLandscaper.com
and offer it to a local business, complete with content, complete
with existing first page rankings on Google, complete with the
ability to start capturing email addresses, and complete with the
ability to send follow up or broadcast messages to the customers
that join their email list.
So that’s one thing that could be coming soon, the availability of
article packs for local offline business sites, whether you rent
them out or sell them. Obviously like any PLR, you should rewrite
them a bit to avoid duplicate content issues.
Another similar discussion was started by Rich (ellipticalman)
about PLR packs for MMS sites. He mentioned that there are a lot
of PLR packs available for problems like acne, stress, self
development, that kind of thing, but not much in the way of PLR for
product lines. I actually released one of my huge article packs
for PLR to members here, and it’s sold well so far, but there are
still some available:

That’s a niche that earned me over $100 a day profit while I was
active in it.
Anyway, beyond that, there’s no reason that if we have someone
writing PLR packs for local businesses, we can’t also have someone
writing PLR packs for MMS sites. And that’s what I want to talk
about.
I’m considering very much hiring one or two content writers and/or
virtual assistants, with the primary purpose to provide content at
either no cost, or very low cost in some cases, to Earn1KaDay
members. I’ll probably put out a bid soon after I get back from my
breakation, probably for one VA/content writer to start, probably
from the Philippines since the prices, quality, and dependability
seem to be good there, if you can believe what you read. To me it’s
worth the test.
I do realize that we have several members that are writers, and
that write on occasion for members that need writing done, and I
don’t want to take away their income stream, for example if I’m
offering article packs for almost nothing, or nothing, that they
would normally sell. So I have ideas to address that issue, and
help them make more income as well. So ghostwriters, don’t put up
the picket signs quite yet, you’ll like what comes out of this, I
think.
The other thing is, and again this is just a thought, that after I
complete the PLR webinar series, you might see more PLR made
available here, either at no additional cost, or at a very low cost
(of course it would be an optional upgrade). If I’m convinced
after going through the webinar that PLR is a viable business
model, I’ll help you guys and girls out by teaching you how to use
it to make money, and by providing more of it than I currently do.
In fact after last week’s rant about the fact that Earn1KaDay isn’t
about the “stuff” in the download area, I was told by one long time
member that for him, indeed, he’s here for the “stuff”, and would
like to see more PLR and resell rights stuff, rather than the more
exclusive things that I think are of more general interest, like
the interviews, the 5 Bucks a Day webinars, that kind of thing. I
do want to have as much exclusive content here as possible, but
sure, I don’t mind getting more items with resell and PLR rights
for you, if it will be used.
I just don’t want us to be turned into a PLR site, because that’s not
what I ever intended this site to be. I intended it to be a place
to learn how to make a good income, and if providing more content
to do that, even if it’s PLR content, then cool.

area, and Steve Warwick helped by setting up some special code to
make the messages that non-members see when trying to get to a link
inside the forum less intimidating.

appropriately. So now any new member that’s curious, or any long
time member that remembers that I said something sometime in an

That’s just a short review of some of the highlights, there is much
