Happy Friday. No holidays this coming week to slow us down or give
us excuses to not take action, so here’s a bit of encouragement to
do what it takes to make those incremental steps in improving your
business this coming week. And yes, I’ll take my own advice, if
you see me slacking, give me a slap upside the head, won’t you? 
Oh, wait, there IS a holiday coming up. Monday, May 18th, is the
2nd anniversary of the official opening of Earn1KaDay. What a
great 2 years it’s been, there are many who have been here since
the first day and hopefully will never feel a reason to leave us.
I’ve mentioned before that Michael Gunn was the first of many that
joined on May 18, 2007, the 2nd one was Keith O’Neill. If you’re
curious about who else joined way back then, you can just click on
the “memberlist” at the top of any page and sort it by joined date.
Regardless of how long you’ve personally been a member, I
appreciate it very much, and I hope you have reason to be here
still 2 years from now. I sure plan to be.

Hendra (bimawarrior) a.k.a. this month’s member of the month, has
finally released his FlashMMS product. He ran a contest last week
asking people to guess how long it would take to put up 10
WordPress sites, while explaining how to do it on camera, and there
were a lot of guesses.
The winner was Martha, her guess was closest to the time of 31
minutes, 45 seconds.
10 sites in less than 32 minutes. Whew. While being slowed down
with explaining it at the same time and taking screen shots.
Mini Money Sites have proven to be a valid business model since
Earn1KaDay opened almost 2 years ago, there are many success
stories, and many more, I’m sure, that haven’t been told publicly.

you can about how to do MMS’s better and faster, and might want to

At one point we asked if anyone was interested in a premium hosting
plan (premium because it would cost about $30 a month more than a
cheapo plan), where someone like Steve would do this stuff for you
so you could just concentrate on your business. The lack of
interest was amazing, so we won’t be doing it. The threats are
still out there and growing daily, so I urge you to learn how to
protect yourself by doing things like Steve’s showing in this video.
However, the problem isn’t in stopping them after you notice the bad
guys, it’s noticing them in the first place if you’re concentrating
on your business.

I got an email from one of my favorite gurus this week, Marlon
Sanders, and he pointed to a sales page for his Info Product
Dashboard. I thought it was an old product being promoted as
fresh, and it was, but the point is, and I’ve been saying for a
while, if you need a product, there’s an easy way to get one.
If you’re not an expert in anything yet, find someone that is.
Simple as that. Interview him or her. Get it transcribed. After
the fact you can put together a PowerPoint presentation and sync
the audio with the PowerPoint slide show, and all of a sudden you
have a product, complete with audio, video, and written report.
How long will that take? Less than 6 hours if you’re slow of
actual work time. Plus the sales letter.
Marlon has a system to do that that’s mentioned in that thread, but
even if you can see the way to do it without his product, at least
check out this eBook of his, it’s totally free, titled “Best of
Marlon Sanders”. Get the book (over 200 pages of some of his best
stuff). Read it. Get on his list (he has great emails every
Saturday, good content mixed in with some occasional pitches, but
overall worth reading).

time into this skillset. I’ve wanted to do things like this for
