As always, thanks for reading. You are going to read this, right?
If you do, I promise you’ll find some good stuff. Really, trust
me. :-)

Here are this week’s new downloads (a big week this week):

Interview With James Schramko:
/notloggedin.php

If you do nothing else all week, listen to this one (or wait a
couple days and hopefully the transcript will be done). Yep, it’s
over 2 hours, but full of meat, full of ah ha moments, full of
insights that could supercharge your IM career.

I also started a thread for comments about the interview and for
follow up questions that James will be answering:

A new batch of Motion Video Backgrounds:

The first series was made available about 6 months ago, now there’s
more. Maybe you missed the first batch.

I sent you an email earlier this week about the launch of the
Rhodes Brothers Membership Blueprint, as well as their workshop in
Las Vegas. Matt and John have given huge discounts for Earn1KaDay
members, but the important thing to remember is that the deal ends
on Tuesday, March 31st, at noon (eastern time I think) so you
should make the decision now before you forget and it expires.
Here’s the thread with all the information (and they’ve opened up
installment payment options if it helps you):

Now here’s the thing. sometimes it breaks my heart when someone
can really benefit from an offer like this, and ignores it. I had
a member ask me for advice this week, and I called her. She was
starting a business where she was going to be marketing to offline
businesses, and was going to recommend setting up email capture for
her clients, and then help them set up a squeeze page and set up an
autoresponder.

She was quite capable of marketing the service, but needed help on
the technical details. My first thought was, that’s a great
business model, and the technical how-to is all taken care of in
the product I recommended last month, called Offline Consultant
Toolkit, it was a business in a box that cost $27 as an Earn1KaDay
special deal from Chris Endres. Now it’s back to the regular $97
price and still worth it. But the thing is, every question she’s
been worried about for weeks is answered in that package. It
almost broke my heart when she told me she did save my emails, but
didn’t have a chance to read that one yet, and couldn’t afford $97
right now.

And in Membership Blueprints, probably just about every question
you’ll ever have about setting up membership sites, that can earn
you big bucks, will be answered either with the core videos and
reports themselves, with personal assistance John and Matt can give
you inside their members area (you’ll have lifetime access), and if
you need more face to face help, at the workshop in Las Vegas.

I’ll be in Las Vegas as well, and happy to help you as much as I
can.

And if it matters, if you join through our special offer, you’ll be
invited to my wife and my 33rd anniversary dinner, we were married
in Vegas almost a third of a century ago, and will be celebrating.
I know, it should be an occasion where I’m not on a business trip,
but I have a feeling that this workshop is going to be something
totally special and worth the time and expense. Besides, I think
we’ll go down a couple days earlier to have some time alone.

Plus, it’s tax deductable anyway. :-)

Folks, this is an investment. If you have no desire to every run a
membership site, pass this one up and focus on whatever else you’re
doing. And if already run one or more membership sites, and are
happy with those results, pass it up also unless you want to know
what you don’t know.

I’m not passing this up. I do very well with membership sites. If
this workshop helps me get just a handful of new members (and I’m
sure it will), it will have paid for itself and then some. For
those starting at ground zero, it’s even more of an obvious reason
to attend.

Forum threads of note:

Are your Clickbank affiliate sales down?:
http://www.earn1kaday.net/members/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7259

I see discussions about this all the time, but I’m still not
convinced the problem is on Clickbank’s end, regardless of all the
“soft” evidence that it is. What do you think?

Is your website ownership at risk?:

If you have a trademarked name in your domain name, you could be
flirting with danger.

Success alert:
http://www.earn1kaday.net/members/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7263

Yow know how much I enjoy the success stories. I have to admit
though, this one is special to me. I think I enjoyed reading this
one more this morning than any other, even my own successes.

I’ve mentioned it before, Michael Gunn was the first member of
Earn1KaDay, and he had been an early purchaser of 5 Bucks a Day
before that, of course. Over the years, he’s become one of my
forum friends, and we’ve met in person a couple times, including at
the Orlando seminar where he spoke.

During that time, I’ve noticed that he quietly just gets out there
and takes action. In his presentation in Orlando, he said that he
went 6 years without making a cent in Internet marketing. I like
that he didn’t give up. I also like that things you can learn from
Michael, myself, and many others here means you won’t have to go any
where near that long without success.

And I also like that he credits 5 Bucks a Day to some extent in
getting him his first IM income.

When he came over to Earn1KaDay, our first big business model was
MMS sites. He took to that quickly, in fact I think he organized
the first MMS challenge (we should do that again, by the way).

Michael does IM part time still, and for March he set himself an
income goal, which he reached yesterday (still wtih 6 days left in
the month), and next month his goal is to get on pace for the first
month of a 6-figure income.

I’ve never given so much email space to a single success story, but
I think the journey that Michael’s gone through, and the current
result, is something that everyone reading this that still has a
full time job can relate to, follow, and learn from.

Even more important, I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m learning
some things from Michael now. Anyone who can get up to a 90% click
through rate on emails he sends out is doing something right,
obviously. If you watched his DVD from the seminar, you’ll know
what I’m talking about.

Thanks, Michael, for sharing your experiences, and I hope you keep
us up to date. By the way, Michael’s going to be in Vegas helping
my wife and I celebrate. I can hardly wait to see what kind of
numbers he puts up after that workshop.

##########

That’s just a short review of some of the highlights, there is much
more going on all the time at the forum. Don’t be a stranger
there, that’s where the primary value of your membership is, after
all. We’re not there to chat so much (though there is a lounge
there if you want to unwind), we’re there to learn from each other,
and share with each other, and as you can see from the above sample
threads, there’s a lot of that happening.

Until next week, I wish you the very best in everything.
