Web 2.0 Headers, Version 2:

This is a series of templates, including special effects that you
can mix and match, that will let you make header graphics fairly
easily in a variety of sizes, using either Photoshop, Photoshop
Elements, or Gimp. There are also videos showing how to use Gimp
to make your header graphics, if you don’t have, and don’t want to,
purchase Photoshop. Pretty cool set of templates, actually, I
think you’ll like this.
And if you haven’t already picked it up, there’s the Web 2.0 Covers
Version 2 product put out by the same person that was uploaded I
think in December, so between the two of these, you should be able
to do some nice basic graphics jobs.

I was inspired this week by threads discussing mind movies, Michael
Gunn has shown us his, and others had talked about theirs as well.
I felt the urge to get one not only for myself, but that other
Earn1KaDay’ers and Internet marketers can relate to, so I spent the
last day and a half trying to do it right.
Before Michael’s example, I felt that using a service like
mindmovies.com, which is fairly expensive, would be necessary. And
then he said he did his with animoto.com, which I was intending to
get a business license for anyway.
By grabbing some free images, and mixing that with images of
PowerPoint slides, I came up with something I’m fairly happy about,
and I hope you can use it productively as well, either as a mind
movie for yourself, or an idea starter to make a more personal one
of your own.
The above link is to download it to your desktop, there’s also a
link to the video on YouTube if you just want to watch. Watch as
many times as you like, Google (who owns YouTube) has unlimited
bandwidth, after all.
And if you do like it, please consider rating it on YouTube, and
spreading it around by using Twitter, social bookmarking, or
pointing to in in your blog, nothing would make me happier than to
see it have an effect on others.

Michael started this thread, which reignited discussion about
animoto. Actually it started coming under my radar, and I
recommended it to members, several months ago when I picked up the
Seven Secrets Seminar by James B. Allen (you’ll find it in the Top
Downloads section). To me the most exciting “secret” there was
animoto.
Now it’s no longer a secret, but I think it’s a tremendous resource
that can be used to advantage for either your own marketing, or as
a service to consumers or businesses in your local area (offline
marketing kind of service).
This thread might give you some ideas, and was one of the recent
threads that convinced me to get off my backside and put the mind
movie together.

Sandi wants some suggestions, and while normally I don’t point to a
request for personal assistance, I think this thread has the
ability to be a great brainstorming thread for anyone in her
position, which basically many of us fall into from time to time,
which is a hopefully temporary case of too little income. So add
your thoughts, or pick up on the thoughts of others, if you’re a
little short on cash this month. After all, there are fewer income
days in February, so where normally you have 31 days of income to
pay your monthly bills, this month we only have 28.

there, that’s where the primary value of your membership is, after
