Today’s going to be a short day at the office, I think. It’s my
wife’s birthday, and she deserves more of my time than she’s been
getting, at least one day a year, so we’re going out to dinner
somewhere tonight. She’s turning 38 this year, last year she
turned 39. 
We couldn’t get away on a breakation this week, so
we’re taking a short one next week. But enough about me …

Anybody looking to make 5 bucks a day? I hope so, that’s how I got
my start, after all. The report above gives a relatively easy way
to do that, you should be able to set yourself up in just a few
hours, and have the rest of the week to work on some other 5 buck a
day project as well that week.
I sent you an email earlier this week about Rachel Rofe (yes, the
same Rachel that Ian interviewed above) and Jaime Mintun’s “Make
10K in a Weekend”. It wasn’t until someone replied to that email
with a question that I realized how long that email was. My
goodness, I guess I really believed in that product when I wrote
the email. Sorry for being so long-winded.
I’ll resist going on and on again, except to mention a couple
things. Since the review copy I saw, they’ve added a bunch of
stuff, include a complete script to your seminar, in addition to
the Power Point slides ready to go, in addition to 5 different web
site templates that you can use in your marketing, in addition to
an autoresponder series. And that’s all in addition to sll the
other stuff I mentioned before, it really is absolutely a complete
business ready to go, all you have to do is find one or two
temporary sales people in your area (you can advertise on
Craigslist or elsewhere to find the temporary sales people), find
and book a hotel room, and you’re just about ready to go.
When I started Earn1KaDay.com, my goal was that everyone who joined
would experience their first $1K day in profits, many have already.
I can virtually guarantee that anyone who purchases this course
will have a bundle of 1K days in the very near future.
The other thing about this is that Rachel informed me that they’re
limiting the number of licenses that they’re selling now. It looks

Forum happenings this week …
I had a scare earlier in the week. Overnight I saw a ton of
traffic coming to my 5bucksaday site, but the landing pages were on
other domains (those pages had my statcounter code in them, I don’t
think the domain owners noticed that). I followed the link to the
pages and found new sales pages for my eBook, very well done I have
to admit. But there were no sales coming in for all that traffic.
I sort of panicked in the beginning, I thought somebody was using
my name and selling my eBook on Clickbank without my knowledge, and
I wasn’t even sure I would get paid as the publisher. It turns out
that’s exactly what was being done, but I WAS getting the credit as
the publisher, so no harm done. The traffic was coming from
members of an innovative new membership site set up by a pretty
well known copywriter, John Hostler:

What John does, once per month for his members, is make over an
existing Clickbank sales page and lets them market that product
from a page they host on their server which bypasses the original
merchant’s sales page, and it goes directly to the Clickbank order
page.
To do this, John uses a script that’s been identified as a sort of
“cookie stuffer”, which is sort of black hat, but very effective
and in this type of situation, the merchant shouldn’t mind at all.
At least I don’t, I’ve seen a nice surge in sales already from just
one of John’s members promoting the eBook. More are coming, I know.

Honestly, I don’t know why John is doing it that way, with a cookie
stuffing script, I mentioned long ago in the forum about a way to
bypass the merchant’s page, and go direct to the Clickbank order
form, without cookie stuffing.
If you don’t mind that kind of “black hat” or “gray hat” activity,
you might want to join John’s site while it’s still open. The
problem I see with it is members get one product a month with a
rewritten sales page, he say’s it’s open to 400 members, so if he
maxed out, as many as 400 people would be promoting the same
product at the same time. Personally, I joined, I can’t lose,
because by joining I have license to the sales page rewrite for my
own site, and can use it for my own benefit now, basically a $2000+
sales page rewrite for the price of a $37 membership. Cool.

It was sort of a good news, bad news thing though, John’s sales
page for his service says that he makes over sales pages that suck
for products that don’t, so it means he thought I had a good
product, but my sales page sucked. That’s OK, I can live with
that, if his version of the sales page can get me more sales, who
am I to argue? I like some of the things he did with it,
especially the handwriting.
Moving on, there are a couple of awesome threads just recently

I usually only point in my emails to the bigger success stories,
but the smaller ones on the road to the larger ones make me just as

Of course, I’m only mentioning a small portion of what goes on in
the forum every day, if you’re not taking advantage of the
community and sharing attitude there, you’re really missing out.
Sure, you can get your money’s worth by just downloading the stuff
you’re interested in, but that’s not what this membership is all
about. To me, it’s all about ideas and sharing, and if you’re not
watching the forum, and participating, you’re really missing out
big time.

As I mentioned in another thread this week, one thing that will
happen when you participate in the forum community, is it will give
you a chance to “pay it forward”, and the payers benefit more than
the payees almost without exception. If you’re at the point in
your IM career that you need to be a “payee”, that’s fine too, ask
questions and get help. But at some point, you’ll be able to, and
want to, return the favor, and that’s when your success will start
exploding.
Trust me on that.
