I just cannot believe it’s May already, and me with so many
unfinished projects that were planned last December. How about
you? Not only is the first quarter of the year gone, but another
month beyond that. Before you know it, it will be closing in on
the holiday season, so it’s really time to start thinking about
getting sites that cater to holiday visitors SEO’d properly so
they’ll be on page one of Google when it counts.
It was nice to get a short reprieve from converting to the eBay
Partner Network, they pushed back the cut over to May 1st, so if
you didn’t change things yet, you are still making money with the
CJ tracking. But don’t put it off too much longer, remember that
the cookie is set for 30 days for new eBay registrations, but eBay
won’t pay through CJ after May 31st, so at this point you won’t get
the benefit of the full 30 day cookie if you still have links going
through CJ.
Here’s are this week’s downloads:
Facebook Social Ads Marketing:
/notloggedin.php
Facebook Social Ads are a form of pay per click, which as you’ll
read if you read this report, are best used if you’re promoting CPA
offers (leads).
I read in another report (not this one) that a well converting lead
company is Napster (sign up on CJ). I think they pay out about $10
per lead and all somebody has to do is sign up for a free 7 day
trial.

The above 2 were written and contributed by Andrew Seltz
(thegotoguy).
Last week I mentioned I was working on a new feature for members,
it was being programmed by Mark Byrne (gypmaster). He finished it
up shortly after last week’s email went out, and if you’ve been to
the forum you might have noticed the link to it on the top right
hand side.
It’s what I call the Earn1KaDay Member Contributed Database of
Lists. Or put more simply, a bunch of lists.
The whole thing is explained here:
http://earn1kaday.com/members/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3418
Basically this will become, I hope, a very valuable resource for
all of us. Already several members have suggested list topics and
I’ve added them. Feel free to suggest more in the thread above.
The main thing is that I don’t want anyone to be shy about
contributing to any of the lists. The more entries we get, the
better for us all. It’s meant to be the go to place for when
somebody is looking for something, like a list of article
directories, a list of Web 2.0 sites, and any of the dozens of
other resource compilations that you can think of, or have wanted
to have quick access to in the past.
A list can be on virtually any topic you can think of (sort of
Internet marketer focused, but we can divert from that a bit, such
as the list I started on motivational quotes, you could have a
little fun within reason, and I’ll set up the list).
Members can add entries to the list, or edit entries (modify or
delete existing entries). Please don’t modify an entry someone
else added unless you’re sure what they entered is wrong. Even
then, you should maybe contact them by PM first, out of courtesy.
Please help us all out. Make additions to existing lists, suggest
new lists, and when your fellow members do the same, it will help
you out. Don’t forget to check there often on the lists you’re
interested in, or when you’re doing research, and see what’s
available. So be sure to bookmark it. I’m real excited about the
possibilities with this resource, I hope you agree.
On to another topic. I was doing some brainstorming this week,
trying to think of new articles for Instant Cash Generators, and I
remembered a fabulous report that I had acquired long ago. Some of
you were probably members of the Warrior Alliance, which was
started by Allen Says. It was a limited membership, and the dues
were $60 a month in the beginning, only 500 members allowed, and
the promise was to roll out whiz bang products to members every
month.
Well, life got in Allen’s way, this was around the time shortly before
Hurricane Katrina, and Allen lived in that area, and he was
evacuated, so the site never really got going much after the
beginning. Too bad. Most members paid for several months and some
took advantage of some software products, but the only thing I
personally got out of it of lasting value was an eBook Allen wrote
called “Private Posts”. Allen really is a very bright marketer,
and this book is tremendous.
What this report is, is a few dozen short articles about ways to
succeed (he subtitled it “Cutthroat Tactics on the Fast Track to
Wealth”). Some of the ideas are absolutely brilliant. I’m
rereading it again now, and remembered I have resell rights to it.
I have no right to give it away, in fact I can’t sell it for less
than $27, but you could save if you read between the lines …
If you just want to purchase this gem of a report, you can go
straight here:

But, it’s on the Dime Sale domain, and if you have an affiliate
account there, you can resell it for 60% commissions, even (hint)
to someone you know. So if you want to set up an affiliate account
for all my Dime Sale products, go here if you haven’t previously:

This book has some terrific ideas in it, some outside the box kind
of ideas that are golden nuggets. I always feel just one good idea
can change your life or career around.
Now a quick heads up …
I’m not normally keen on recommending other membership sites
(except Matt Levenhagen’s Xtreme Profits, of course, for those
heavy into AdWords). But there has been some talk on the forum
lately about Wealthy Affiliate. I belong there. I’d say it’s a
good site for newbies, Bum Marketers, and those that follow Travis
Sago. I belong there even though I don’t visit much, but the
affiliate commissions they pay me pays a little more than my
monthly fee, so no big deal.
Anyway, they’ve announced a price increase, as of May 5th, but
won’t say how much the new price is going to be. They’ve also
announced that there’s going to be a great new “tool” of some type
there after the price increase, but they won’t tell what that is
going to be. I have no clue why all the mystery, but get this…
On the main page of the site, they’re telling affiliates that the
new commission will be $175, so I’m thinking they’re going to push
annual memberships instead of monthly, and/or raise the monthly fee
drastically. The good news is everyone that joins before the price
increase will be grandfathered in at their current rate, so if you
ever had any thought of joining, join this weekend before you have
to pay more, or before you have to sign up for a year at a time:

Here’s the big question. Should you join at all, especially if you
already belong to Earn1KaDay.com? It depends on your current
situation. WA offers some tools, an 8 week course for newbies, a
social networking feature, a very active forum (people seem to like
to chat there more than I can keep up with personally), and a few
senior guys there that occasionally spill out some golden advice
(for example, if you went there, found all of Travis Sago’s posts,
and printed them out, you’d have a goldmine of information and
motivation. That alone is why I joined, by the way).
And if you’re active there, it’s pretty fertile ground (lots of
newbies there) to use some affiliate links in your signature, which
would probably more than pay for your monthly fees. Plus WA
members get to promote WA as an affiliate, that alone pays for my
monthly fees and then some.
So I would say WA isn’t right for most of our members, but if it’s
right for you, check it out before it gets more expensive. I’m
just curious to see what this big new tool is going to be. I
certainly wouldn’t cancel my membership now until that’s rolled
out, just out of curiosity.
That’s it for this week, as always I wish you the absolute best in
all that you do and receive.
Dennis, the 5 Bucks a Day Guy.
