Sorry to interrupt your weekend, and sorry to send 2 emails in 2
days, but as I told you yesterday, I was having a very bad week,
time wise. I had the conference call to run to, and some other
things going on, and my testing of the script that I’ve been
promising for a couple weeks wasn’t going well.
Fortunately it looks like everything’s OK now, so here we are.

Now, about the Dime Sales Script.
I mentioned that I had picked this up before. However I also
learned at that time that the author was working on a major new
release, which could be considered a separate product because it
does so much more. So what I decided to do is give free access to
the original script for those with lighter needs, but recommend
that you upgrade to the new product and give you a great deal on it.
The author didn’t want me to give the new one (version 3) away, but
he didn’t say I couldn’t “practically” give it away cheap, as long
as it’s for members only. So I’m going to sell it for $10.00, but
to make up for that, I’m going to offer all purchasers the
opportunity to join the affiliate program, and a single sale at 60%
commission will get you more than the $10 back. In any event, it’s
more than worth the $37 price tag that it will top off at, for the
sale to the public.

I’m using the dime sale script on that page to give you an idea,
but I have it set up to increment the price by .00 each time, so
it’s a flat price. I think it’s pretty cool that the script allows
this.
The main features in version 3 (so far, there will undoubtedly be
more upgrades) are:
1. it uses a MySQL database, so that you can have any number of
dime sales without installing the scripts multiple times (with
version 2 you have to install the script fresh for every new
campaign, into a separate folder).
2. it allows you to set an affiliate commission, with the
commission varying from 0% to 100%. For 100% commissions, the
affiliate is paid immediately, for lower amounts, you get all the
money and have to pay the affiliates monthly, but there’s a feature
in the admin panel that makes it easy to use the PayPal mass pay
feature to do that. The movie on the sales page explains that. In
version 2, the commission is either 0% or 100%, you can’t do
anything in between.
3. it allows you to easily run OTO’s. This is a huge benefit.
4. it has a sales and affiliate tracking feature, you will know
the conversion rate of your sales page, as well as how your
affiliates are doing.
5. all new development as far as features will be on top of
version 3, so version 2 owners won’t benefit.
Both versions of the script have neat security features. Yes, you
can look at the source code and see the link to the thankyou.php
page, but if you attempt to go there to download, you’re out of
luck, it won’t let you get to it.
This script could replace the $7 script, which has it’s problems,
or the Rapid Action Profits script, which is much more expensive
and more difficult to install.

I’m not selling that script to the public, so I didn’t finish off
the sales page. I’m concentrating efforts on the full version 3,
since it’s underpriced as it is, and can do so much more.

It took me a full day and a half of working with the author to iron
out a few glitches, but it looks good now, and now that I know how
easy it is to set up a sales page with this, I’m thinking of adding
many more products. Most will have an affiliate program included,
if you’re interested, including many products that I’ve put in the
download area that you don’t have resell rights to, so there’s a
true income opportunity with this.
Moving on, I mentioned yesterday that there was a conference call
about the bulk email marketing. It was very interesting, and the
