Well, happy February 29th! My least favorite month drags on, but
it’s almost over. If you have a birthday today, feel free to act

I had a little breakation this week, Monday-Wednesday, so I didn’t
get much done. Just one download this week:

It’s not much of a report, but I posted that if anyone wanted to JV
together and get up money to do a bulk email (which is the subject
of the report), those interested could go in together and cheaply
test out whether the plan works. If it does, then we could
individually try it on our own, I guess. The thing is, the author of
the report estimates it costs $5,000 to do a bulk mailing to 10
million people.
It would really be enlightening if anyone on this list has actually
tried anything like this, and if so, did you have good results?
This could become a very interesting thread to follow.
So if you’re interested in a JV, post in that thread. The more
challenging thing will be who coordinates the effort by collecting
all the money from the “shareholders”, and who has their affiliate
link to get the income and then gets to distribute the proceeds? I
didn’t really want to do that, actually, but I guess if we get
enough people to go in on this, we can figure that out later.
Of course, it all depends on if we decide to go ahead and do this at
all. My instincts tell me I don’t want to be a spammer, after all,
but hey, I get about 3000 emails a day, maybe I’ve earned a turn.
The other interesting discussion is, if we decide to do a bulk
mailing, what should we promote? So as you post if you’re
interested, also post any ideas. I’m sort of afraid that a big JV
like this will be tough to coordinate, if we can pull this off and
make a good profit, that will be a major accomplishment. Not that
it can’t be done, it will just be a major accomplishment, as far as
communication especially. If nothing else, it should get some
creative juices flowing.
I announced this to the 5bucksaday.com email list yesterday, but
not to this list. Since many of you are on both lists, you got my
email about the Dime Sale script. I’m going to purchase PLR rights
to it when they’re available, which means I’ll be able to place it
in the download area (the author, Joel Holtzman, confirmed that to
me yesterday afternoon). He wants a chance to sell more on his own
before he releases the rights, though, so we’ll have to wait. I
suspect I’ll have it in the download area by early next week.
Just giving a heads up so that you don’t run out and spend money on
it, I know there are other marketers promoting it, since he offered
a 100% commission deal to those that purchased through his WSO a
couple weeks ago (I bought it then, but haven’t used it yet, it
looks pretty good, though, and I’m anxious to try it). You know
the deal, you start a product selling at a low price, and with
every sale it goes up automatically a dime or a quarter or a
dollar.
There are Warriors that use it very effectively on WSO’s,
particularly Robert Plank and “peteinoz”. I know they whip people
into a frenzy with this type of script. I can’t even imagine how
many people buy impulsively through this script because they don’t
want to come back later after they’ve thought about it, and have to
pay more. I know I’ve caught myself doing that, and then never
really doing much with the product I bought, so I’m sure it’s very
effective. So look for that one soon.

It’s a WSO that would come with resell rights, so I could add it to
the download area if there was sufficient interest, but my concern
was that scripts of this type would eat up bandwidth, or consume
server resources that might risk your account there. Does anyone
have any experience? If so, please post in the thread. I’m not
going to purchase this if there’s a chance it would risk anyone’s
server plan, including my own.
