This note is being hurried a bit, hopefully I remember everything that
I want to tell you. I’m in the middle of my office move and I have to
go to the new office to wait for phone lines to be installed there, in
a couple hours. I had the cable internet hookup done yesterday, and
that went smoothly.

There’s a new look at the forum, did you see it? New member Amber

Do you blog? If so, you probably heard about BlogRush recently.
I’m trying it, and I am getting a little traffic from it, not a lot, but
certainly worth the time. John Reese is behind it, and I respect
John’s abilities a lot. If you get in early, it will benefit you because
you get traffic credits not only for your own impressions, but also
for those of people you’ve referred, and those they referred, down 10
levels. So early adopters definitely have an advantage.
In fact, already I’m seeing traffic credits equal to more than 10 times
my own impressions, the other 90%+ are coming from referrals, and
I’ve only been showing the widget for a week. Imagine displaying the
BlogRush widget on your blog, and for every 100 displays, you get
your post titles shown on 1000, 2000, 10,000 other blogs. Cool. Even
just a few clicks here and there will increase your traffic, and hopefully
some of those people will like what you’re saying enough to bookmark
you, and maybe someday buy something from you.

Already there are cheaters that are trying to game the system, and John
announced they’re going to start manually reviewing new blogs to make
sure they aren’t just spam blogs, so best to get in the queue for this
before they’re backlogged for months.
