News that could be valuable to you, and if not, at least a valuable
idea, and the first Earn1KaDay official challenge, but first …
This week I added 2 items to the download area. The first is a guide

Next, I’m pretty excited about a project that is ready to launch.
It might seem out of sorts from what I’ve done in the past, but bear
with me. First of all I’m just the guy behind the scenes that set
stuff up. More on that later.
Nathan Johnson is a pretty prolific writer that often sells on the
Warrior Special Offer forum, he deals in relatively short, no fluff
internet marketing reports. I bought a bunch of them over the
months, and in chatting he asked for my help in setting up a
membership site, and we came to terms. One of the things was
I told him I wanted to give members here the same special deal
that he’s offering on his WSO, and of course he agreed.
Basically it’s a PLR site. I know, I know, I have tons of PLR material
all over my hard disks also that I don’t use. But this is sort of different.
First of all, it’s started off with 10 reports that Nate’s written in the
past, plus a couple bonuses, plus the first of two reports for July.
All the 10 reports were sold as WSO’s, so you get them all for just
the first month’s fee, which is a steal.
Then every month he adds 2 new reports and 5 articles to go with them,
all the new reports and articles you have PLR rights to. So, you can
think of this in 2 ways. You can get these reports about IM topics for
less than $5 each, even if you don’t intend to do anything with the PLR
rights. Or … you can use the reports and articles to add content to
your blog, your web site, you can sell them, you can rewrite them into
your own unique product, or you can use them as bonuses to entice
buyers for your other products. Or you can break them up into auto
responder sequences. I’m sure there are other ways they can be used.

I know it’s well worth the launch price, probably even double that, which
is what the price will be after his WSO promotion ends. I read the reports
myself, many of them I purchased at full price in the past. You might have
also, but now you can get the rest, and PLR rights to all of them, and more.
Now, here’s the idea that could profit you even if you don’t want to join
Nate’s site. He had an idea about starting a membership site. He had
content to add to the site. But, he didn’t know how to do that, or else
he didn’t have time to do that. And he’s a savvy Internet marketer.
So he came to me and asked me if I’d help him by running the site, for
a share of the profits. I agreed. Seemed like a no-brainer to me. I knew
how to set up the site, and that’s all I had to worry about. Cool.
Don’t you think, once you figure out how to set up membership sites
that you could perform this service for people? Especially those outside
the IM area? Doctors, lawyers, butchers, bakers, candlestick makers,
all with years worth of information that thousands of people would pay
to access.
Here’s a win win business idea. Offer your administrative services to
people that have special knowledge. Set up a partnership agreement
as far as how you’ll split the income (50-50 is fair). Get your partner to
give you a beginning inventory of content and then a couple months in
advance and launch it. After the original launch, it becomes a cash cow,
especially for you as the admin because you just have to worry about
making sure the site is backed up and new content added properly.
Your partner is the one that has to provide the content, and he or she
doesn’t have to worry about the admin or support. Win win for both people,
you’ve just created a business that wouldn’t have been there if not for your
helping someone get their unique knowledge out onto cyberspace.
Put that in your idea bucket, at some point I’m sure you’ll find an
opportunity to profit big time. In the meantime, here’s the link to check

Now the last thing. I want to follow up on last week’s email. I mentioned
Michael Gunn’s eBay tweak videos. He had fabulous success, thanks
to all of you who purchased. The thread at the forum was the most active
of the week, by far, and now that Michael’s gotten all excited by the great
comments, he came up with an idea to run a Mini Money Site challenge.

The challenge starts today, but it’s never too late to challenge yourself, or
at the very least to learn from the other participants and get motivated by
their success (or learn from their failures). If you’re not in the challenge,
think about it, even if you can’t start right this minute. There will be
another one, I’m sure, or just start late. No problem.
