Yesterday I posted in relative detail about something I see as being very valuable to this whole process.
Most of my success with AdWords has come by my own personal business model, using AdWords to drive traffic to my own landing pages that have 2 things on them:
- eBay auction listings
- AdSense ad blocks
Other ways to monetize the page crop up sometimes, you can use your own ingenuity, like add Amazon ads, a form to capture pay per leads, or especially capture some email addresses.
The AdSense ads tend to pay for my advertising, in most cases, and the eBay commissions are what give the pages value for the visitor, and earn me a decent daily income.
What I’d like to do is a follow along where I show exactly how I set up a mini site to do this. If I’m doing it live, I can’t guarantee that a niche I select for the follow along will end up being profitable right away. Some take a while, some never make it, some don’t even get enough clicks to do anything at all. That’s all a part of campaign blasting, as Matt Levenhagen defines it.
But the process is important. And really, the odds of success are very good, from my experience, much better odds than setting up a campaign for a Clickbank eBook.
So read this thread and post your ideas, in the near future I’ll pick a niche and get started filming some Camtasia videos (a new experience for me, which will slow things down a little, but I gotta learn a new skill now and then, don’t I?):
