I actually have a spreadsheet laid out with my daily-to-get-done activities so I can monitor how I’m doing on different areas of my goals.

At the end of the day I go through and see how I did and compare it to the last day and see if I made progress. I’ve been seeing progress.

Just gotta figure out what you want and have a plan and to-get-done list to make sure you’re moving forward.
